The house rule
Whatever brings you in sells you the rest.
The tour ends at the bar. Lunch sits beside the farm shop, and the cheese counter will box the pairing to take home. A wedding books the barn; the barn pours the cider; the cider posts a case to every guest who asks. That is the whole idea of the place, and now of its website.
