Taster evenings

Cheese and cider, after hours.

The monthly Friday nights fill the restaurant with themed suppers, and the cheesemonger hosts pairing evenings where the counter's boards meet the cellar’s range, flagons on the tables.

Behind the scenes

Ninety minutes, orchard to glass.

Tours run about ninety minutes with a dedicated guide: the orchards, the press house, the vat house and the Rural Life Museum, a film of the cider-making year, and a fully guided tasting to finish.
